Jill Lawson joined Reach Networks as CMMC Director in February 2025, bringing decades of experience in defense operations and cybersecurity compliance. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and retired DAWIA Level III Acquisition Program Manager, Jill spent 32 years in the Department of Defense, serving in roles at MARCORSYSCOM and SOF AT&L. Her work has spanned enterprise policy, internal controls, and acquisition program leadership.
Jill was an early contributor to CMMC 1.0 through the OSD Focal Point Working Group and is now a trusted advisor to small and mid-sized businesses in the Defense Industrial Base. She holds credentials as a CMMC Registered Professional (RP), Certified Professional (CCP), and Delta Certified Assessor (CCA), and is known for translating complex federal requirements into scalable, cost-effective strategies.
Eric Moss : Director of Business Devlopment
Eric Moss is an accomplished enterprise sales and business development leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their technology, security, and compliance posture. At Reach Networks, Eric delivers tailored CMMC compliance, vCISO, and managed IT solutions to a diverse client base, including defense contractors, manufacturers, financial institutions, and local businesses.

Brian Winchester is a seasoned IT and cybersecurity professional with over two decades of experience enhancing technology and security infrastructures. As the CEO and Founder of Reach Networks, he leads the delivery of tailored CMMC compliance, vCISO, and managed IT solutions to defense contractors, manufacturers, financial institutions, and local businesses.
A U.S. military veteran, Brian brings a mission-driven mindset to his leadership, grounded in discipline, resilience, and service.
